Build a digital presence for a category-leading candy brand from the ground up.
After helping to develop a comprehensive competitive analysis and marketing review of the brand, I led a team of marketing coordinators in onboarding the client and developing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to promote audience growth, fan engagement, and brand awareness. Tactics included the creation of a new website, daily community management, organic content, paid media, and seasonal promotional engagements and social giveaways.
Within the first nine months, my team and I had doubled the size of the Welch’s Fruit Snacks social audience, tripled the number of lifetime social engagements, and reached a million views on a viral video.
Over the following two years, I helped the client reach numerous milestones, including over a million Likes on Facebook, a twentyfold increase in average organic social engagement, millions of entries on brand promotional engagements and lead-gen initiatives, and establishing Welch’s Fruit Snacks as a best-in-class CPG brand on social media. In addition, our work on geo-fenced media campaigns for brand events and a Halloween promotional engagement was written about by Adweek.
